Piramides Edición Limitada 2006: ( 6.18 inches / 156 mm x 52 ring gauge ). A reprise of original 2001 Limited Edition cigar. Stocks should be available in time for Christmas. Varnished cabinets of just ten cigars make a superb gift for the cigar smoker. There is something both classic and elegant about the piramides or torpedo shape which serves to channel smoke more readily into ones mouth. The subtle flavours and aromas are more present thanks to an effortless draw. Certainly a cigar to be savoured whilst still fresh from the "El Laguito" factory in Cuba. - Submitted by 'El Habanero' on December, 2006

Sublimes Edición Limitada 2004: (164 mm x 54 ring gauge) A big cigar for the big occasion with a unique 54 ring gauge and aged, dark Maduro wrapper. An initial prolonged “sick” period disappointed fans of the brand when these were first released in 2004. Now, however, remaining examples are smoking extremely well indeed. A big, rich and complex smoke best enjoyed after a large Christmas lunch and wine. Superb draw and construction underpin a memorable Cohiba experience. Recommended. - Submitted by 'The London Cigar Man' on December, 2006

Siglo VI: Having only started smoking one year ago, I feel that my views are a little limited .But WHAT a year .....Smoking 1 or 2 of Cuba's finest cigars a day throughout this year as been a fantastic pleasure. I've tried many Bolivar, Partagas, Punch, Vegas Robinas ,El Rey de Mundo, Juan Lopez, Hoyo de Monterrey..... But the Cohiba SIGLO VI is the one I return to. Just the way it feels, burns, smells, smokes, so smooooooth ... My preference only just over the Sublimes...If any person was to start cigar smoking, this would be the cigar to intoduce them to. Always in top reviews as one of the best cigars out of Cuba. Ps. Thanks Richy for the intro in to this world of cigar smoking..

Siglo VI: I really like these cigars. I am halfways through a box that I have aged about six months. They have been full of flavor. They have also burned better than I expected because of their veiny appearance. I prefer the Siglo VI over both the Sublime and the Double Corona. I agree with everyone who recommends buying lots of them and saving them for a long time. - Submitted by N. Page on May 23, 2005 |
Siglo VI: This is a good cigar. It has most of the hallmarks of the Cohiba brand. It is full, meaty, creamy at times, and has the edge on a robusto, being slightly longer. - Submitted by London Cabs on May 9, 2005
