Representing excellent value for money this outstanding “hybrid” Dominican cigar has been expertly rolled in the Dominican Republic using a native Dominican binder , Nicaraguan long filler for strength and flavour and sports an attractive Ecuadorian wrapper for good measure !
This range of medium strength cigars are well made and consistent to smoke. Full of flavour and character I don’t tire of the taste of this blend tobacco and find it appropriate for most occasions. When I want a stronger smoke I turn to the “Cuban Style” Toro size which is distinguished by its two year aged tobacco.
The range reflects a variety of contemporary sizes for every occasion.
The short “La Perla” punches well above its weight in terms of flavour.
Whilst the “Robusto” is the equal of many of its competitors. The “Belicolissimo” is a stylish and elegant cigar affording the opportunity to fully experience the true quality of the brand. An altogether longer smoke is afforded by the contemporary “Gordito”size – a 4.5 inch x 60 ring gauge Robusto that takes a good deal longer to smoke than one expects !
Finally the stonking “Gordo” at 6 inches x 60 ring gauge is reserved for the more experienced aficionado craving a truly monumental smoke.
