Hailing from Honduras, Alec Bradley Tempus is a concoction of tobaccos cultivated since 2001, carefully selected strictly for their incredible quality and blended to create the ideal full-bodied cigar that is as smooth as it is flavourful. Available in a toothy, zesty Habano or a smooth and semi-sweet maduro.
Produced at Fabrica de Tabacos Raices Cubanas in Honduras, Tempus is Latin for “time” which is more than an appropriate title for this blend. When creating Tempus, Alan Rubin spent years in an area along the border of Honduras and Nicaragua where a particular tobacco was growing in extremely small quantities on only a few acres of land. Alan began purchasing the best wrapper from this farm, in small amounts, over a period of several years and finally obtained enough to produce a phenomenal cigar; one that balances strength with flavour, creating a very smooth character.
Alec Bradley Tempus contains a mix of Honduran and Nicaraguan tobaccos, held tightly together by an Indonesian binder. These leaves are then concealed with a Honduran grown Habano wrapper, which adds a bit more strength to the blend along with some spicy undertones. Upon lighting, Tempus produces notes of pepper and earth with some nuances of espresso in the aftertaste. As the cigar burns, hints of spice overwhelm the palate but then mellow towards the nub. This cigar is never overbearing and is incredibly balanced, allowing for a smooth, full-bodied experience with a medium finish. Cigar Aficionado’s Cigar Insider awarded Alec Bradley Tempus a ’94’ rating!

The Robusto is a 5 inch x 50 ring gauge handmade cigar that employs a special ‘Trojas’ Corojo wrapper grown in Honduras plus a flavourful blend of Nicaraguan, Honduran, and more Trojos long-filler tobaccos. The cigar has a distinctive reddish brown colour and delivers a rich yet medium to full flavored smoke that will please many cigar smokers. Well worth trying with a notable 96 rating and No.1 spot in Cigar Aficionado Magazine in 2011 !

This 4-country blend is jam-packed with Jamastran, Honduras and Panamanian long-fillers, capped off by a lively Sumatra binder and powerful Nicaraguan wrapper leaf. Upon first lighting, plumes of smoke fill the air as the blend burns with purpose. Unique and satisfying arrays of flavours greet your palate, as spice, pepper, and peaty undertones finish the ensemble. With a long dry finish, and slow burn, the Black Market cigar is a finger burner.
