Delivery & Returns

  • 1.1 Before we despatch your order we will confirm the delivery details by Email. If the goods you require are out of stock we will advise you of the anticipated delivery dates.
    IMPORTANT : Before ordering Online please ensure that you decide which of the two following postal options you prefer : Standard or Special Delivery – it will have a bearing on the amount you are charged.
  • 1.2 The cost of the Delivery of the item you have bought is a Vatable expense and is added to your shopping basket at the point of sale (checkout) at a Vatable rate of 20.0% ( from 4th January 2011).
  • 1.3 If you order several items which are to be sent to the same address we will charge you according to their volumetric size or weight. Whilst we will acknowledge your order we will not wait for confirmation of the postage charge, automatically charging your credit card appropriately.
  • 1.4 Please call Customer Service should you be undecided as to the correct delivery option before you complete your purchase.
    IMPORTANT : You have the choice of having your order delivered to an address other than the billing address of the Card Holder e.g your work address if it is more convenient. But we still require a signature upon delivery Please ensure that someone is at the delivery address to sign for the parcel.
  • 1.5 Standard Delivery of all U.K orders is by means of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Should your purchase weigh more than 2 kilogram’s we reserve the right to send it by Parcel Force Standard Service. Whilst we will acknowledge your order we will not wait for confirmation of the postage charge, automatically charging your credit card appropriately. Delivery usually takes 3 – 5 working days.
  • 1.6 Special Delivery. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery anywhere in the United Kingdom by 1 pm the following day goods can be sent by means of Royal Mail Special Delivery. We have to receive your order before 12 noon or midday for delivery the following day. This service includes a limited insurance if the item is valuable. Whilst we will acknowledge your order we will not wait for confirmation of the postage charge, automatically charging your credit card appropriately. NOTE: This service is only valid Monday to Friday – It is possible to arrange for a Guarantee Saturday delivery by 1.00 pm but this costs extra and you will need to contact our Customer Care dept to arrange this.
  • 1.7 International Orders are usually despatched using Royal Mail International Signed For or in the case of heavier items Parcel Force Worldwide. This can take between 5-7 working days at a flat fee relative to weight and value. Please contact our Customer Care Dept for our International Worldwide Courier service which is generally faster.
  • 1.8 IMPORTANT : Any orders for either cigars or accessories which are sent to an address outside of the U.K. may attract local import duties or taxes and may be contrary to local regulations and laws. It is the customer’s responsibility to clear and pay any subsequent taxes or duties pertaining to the goods. Ignorance of such laws, where applicable is no defence. We do not accept responsibility for goods which are either held or confiscated by customs agencies once dispatched. Nor will any refund be applicable in such circumstances.
