We are pleased to announce a special event at Cigars Unlimited Lounge to  celebrate  the 30th Anniversary of the Cuaba Brand.

The Cuaba brand was launched in November 1996 at Claridge’s Hotel in London, where Habanos president Francisco Linares introduced it to a formal audience.

Every Cuaba is crafted in the distinctive double figurado shape, a style that was especially popular with Habanos enthusiasts in the late nineteenth century. Widely regarded as the height of cigar-making skill, double figurados deserve a place in any serious cigar collection.

Like Cohiba, the name Cuaba comes from a Taino word dating back to the time of Columbus. The Tainos used it for a highly combustible bush that helped them light their Cohibas, giving the Cuaba brand added historical and cultural depth.

This occasion presents an opportunity to experience  the Cuaba Distinguido and Cuaba Tradicionales paring with the delicious Rum Santiago.

Cuaba Distinguidos Cigar – Single

The Cuaba Distinguidos Cigar – Single is a premium Cuban cigar in the brand’s signature figura doble shape. It offers a medium-bodied smoke with notes of wood, earth, and gentle spice. Medium-bodied, it delivers earthy and woody flavours with notes of spice, leather, and coffee. Measuring 5½ inches with a 42-ring gauge, it provides a cool, steady burn and a smooth, enjoyable smoke.
