The Le Hoyo de San Juan is the largest Hoyo de Monterrey in terms of ring gauge currently in production. What’s interesting about this new release however, is that the Cigar forms part of the Le Hoyo Series, a long established range that is characterised by shorter, thinner cigars ?

With this aging selection scheduled to be discontinued does the San Juan reflect a departure in terms of more contemporary sizes in future ?

This new fashionable vitola follows the recent trend for large Robusto sizes – such as the Partagas E2, Romeo Wide Churchill & H.Upmann Connoisseur “A”.

Initial boxes of 25 cigars are seen to be sporting a totally new style of band befitting a larger cigar. Now available in boxes of 10 cigars and pack of 3 cigars in tubes.
