Cuba is embracing the Year of the Snake in 2025 with a striking new release from the legendary Partagás brand. Introducing the Partagás Cedros Year of the Snake 2025—a limited edition cigar that honors both Chinese zodiac tradition and a quiet cornerstone of cigar craftsmanship: Spanish cedar.

The Partagás Cedros features a 5 3/10″ (135mm) x 50 Dignos —a brand-new format in the Cuban cigar world. These cigars will be presented in elegant boxes of 18, each dressed in a cedar sleeve and adorned with two bands: the classic red Partagás band and a striking gold-and-red footband showcasing a coiled cobra encircled in gold, symbolising the zodiac sign with flair.

With a flavor profile rich in spice and leather, this cigar is crafted to deliver a complex and luxurious smoking experience. While Habanos S.A. has not yet disclosed the exact release date or initial launch locations, the cigars are primarily intended for the Asian market—Cuba’s largest cigar export destination—but will also be available soon at Cigars Unlimited for those seeking exclusivity and craftsmanship.
